With its prime location, this resort is a great choice for tourists wanting easy access to all the parks. According to reviews, it is quick to get to all the parks, including the French Quarter. the rooms are comfortable and well, appointed, with wall, mounted dispensers for shampoo and other amenities. the staff is friendly and professional, and the resort grounds are beautiful to stroll around. the food court offers tasty options, including the must, try beignets. it provides a lovely, quiet, and friendly atmosphere for a Disney vacation.
One aspect that could be improved is the housekeeping service. Some guests mentioned not receiving washcloths and having to call for them.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the tourist hotspots. the free transportation service was very convenient and saved us a lot of time. the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and it was very clean. they had a very friendly staff that made our trip more enjoyable.
The hotel had limited food options for people with dietary restrictions. the room was small and lacked storage space for our luggage.

The resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was a fun and relaxing spot to enjoy after a long day at the parks. the cafe served delicious beignets that were messy but absolutely worth it. The bus stops were not crowded in the morning, making transportation convenient. However, overall, the negative experience overshadowed these positive aspects, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.
The service was a disappointment, with unhelpful and short-tempered staff. The concierge members were rude and frustrating, and even the breakfast and restaurant staff seemed disinterested in their work.
